Do I need to hire someone or spend a lot of my time to enter all the data or get set up?

Absolutely not. We import data from a variety of sources, such as payroll, spreadsheets and word documents, or have a template we can provide you. When you receive S2Console^TM or S2Web Corporate^TM it is already set up for your use. Set Up and Population are included with your purchase.
