S2Web CorporateTM is a custom built web based HSE Tracking System.
Pick and choose the modules required from a foundation, work with us to set it up to use corporate terminology, mirror business processes, and define drop downs, reporting and trending needs.
Anything you have in spreadsheets, documents, or other databases is utilized to initially populate the system. Once the set up is complete, full control is provided to the customer. Our clients receive a fully loaded and ready-to-use system with 24/7/365 access in a fully secure environment.

General Navigation & Dashboard Log in to a secure dedicated server with as many permission levels as required. Organized modules built consistently promote easy navigation. The learning curve is minimal as each module is used the same way. Dashboards are created to specification for each level of access.
People Module Personnel records are populated with as much or as little information as needed. Emergency contacts; driver's license and abstracts; training records with certificates; and incidents. Other modules available are skills, possessions, medical tests/conditions, discipline, attendance and competency.
Training Tracks training done, training due, records by person, records by course. Certificates are attached to the training record. Training history is displayed in the personnel record. Training due is color coded to display due within 30 & 60 days or forecast out as many days as desired.
Training with Curriculum & Matrix
To complement all the features in basic Training we add Curriculum and a Matrix. Curriculum is a group of courses that are linked to groups of people. Curriculum due displays the mandatory training either not done or due. The Matrix provides an at-a-glance progress report.
Safety Observations (Target Card, Report Card) Track Hazard ID's and Job Observations. Quick and easy reporting and graphs. Record immediate remedies or actions taken, assign actions and add supporting files.
Incidents Fill out just one form to report all incident types. Hazards identified, Near Miss/Close Call, Injury/Illness; Damage to vehicles, equipment, or property; Environmental spill or release; Security or Other. Incident notifications are sent via email upon saving and are mobile compatible. The Investigation section allows to submit causal factors and explanation of causes and assign additional corrective actions in preparation for sign off. Lots of reports & graphs.
Inspections Record an inspection of some type took place, the deficiencies discovered, and assign the corrective actions to control. Inspection Check lists can be built in to ease data entry. Summary reports and graphs are generated.

Vehicles and Equipment with Repair Order Track mileage and run time hours. Implement service intervals and inspection intervals. Track costs of repairs.

Meetings Record meetings of all types with agendas, recorded attendance and minutes. An option is available in meetings to add a training record if a topic is discussed. Report and graph.

Supporting Files This module contains all the files attached to an employee, incident, inspection, vehicle or equipment, meeting, and action.
Library This is the area to store your safety manual, tasks & hazards, procedures, ppe, lists and reference materials.
Analysis Statistics are calculated here and export directly to excel. The system populates most of the information, you add your hours information and hit enter. The report is typically broken down into sites, branches, or departments.

S2Web CorporateTM, like S2ConsoleTM , the desktop/network version, is comprised of modules. The features of the Navigation Panel are custom prepared for each client based on the modules and sub modules they have chosen and information attained during meetings.
People

The People Module is simple to use, and the Employee Record is as comprehensive or as simple as you would like. Sub modules of People include tracking of Discipline , used mostly to track safety violations; Attendance, tracks absenteeism; Skill Sets , tracks special qualifications (First aid attendant), soft skills (Bilingual) and hard skills (Crane Operator); Drivers License and Abstracts , tracks class, province, expiry date and history of abstracts; Medical Tests, tracks known medical conditions (diabetes, allergies), tests (such as D&A, Vision, Hearing) or medical visits such as flu shots and retesting or follow up dates; PPE & Possessions; tracks PPE assignments and any other item a person is provided to do their job such as cell phone, digital camera, laptop etcetera.
People are updated by importing , a 3 click process, at regular intervals or by adding individually as they are hired and modifying when their information changes.
Training

Training has two flavours. One which displays Courses and Records, with a Training Due report which displays training that expires within 30 or 60 days. Training records are readily available by course, by person, or by date.
The other flavor of Training provides Curriculum , a group of courses assigned to a group of people, by Job Title, Site/Office, or Division/Department. The Matrix displays a color coded gap analysis between the curriculum assigned and the courses completed (valid, coming due and expired). Curriculum Expiry displays training assigned that has expired or has not been completed.
Training due reports or Curriculum Expiry can be set up to be sent on a regular basis (usually monthly or quarterly) to the persons supervisor alerting of upcoming (30day/60day) training requirements, or sent via email to a group of people.
All training reports can be filtered as well as sent to Excel to communicate training information to clients, site supervisors, project managers and other management.
Report Card/Safety Observation

The Report Card Module handles Hazard ID's and Job Observations much quicker than Incidents or Inspections due to a condensed format. We have clients using this module in real time so as to alert other people of job site conditions, road conditions and so on.
Incidents

Incident Records are compiled in form format promoting consistency of data entry. Report a Hazard , such as a road condition, in as much detail as you need. Near Misses and their detail are recorded in this module also. Injury to workers , whether it be a first aid, medical aid, medical treatment, modified duties or restricted work, all these particulars are recorded. Damages to property or vehicles , and the detail of that damage is covered. Environmental issues such as spills, release etc is handled. Lastly, we have an "Other" area to cover things such as Emergency Drills or Workplace violence .
Actions aka Corrective Actions or Tasks can be assigned at each level of the incident. All actions are automatically sent by email notification which is mobile compatible.
Incident notifications are automatically emailed to groups of people based on Incident Type, in some cases a combination of type and severity. These notifications are mobile compatible and provide a link to see the details of the incident.
Investigation of the incident creates the foundation for causal analysis of one or all incidents. Explanation of Causes allows the investigator to explain the reason the causes were made. The Preventative Measures area permits the investigator to make further recommendations and/or assign Further Actions as a result of the investigation.
Incident Reports & Graphs are ample! Individual reports can be printed or emailed to report to clients or groups of people not included in the incident notification.
Inspections

The Inspection module takes your check list, rates the inspection and allows you to assign corrective actions for any deficiencies found. Common inspection types include site, safety, office, audit, equipment, vehicles, job observations, personnel safety.

Toolbox meetings and Safety Committee Meetings are efficiently handled by S2Web CorporateTM.
Actions

Corrective Actions and Action Plans are quick to assign and can easily monitored through reports or performance graph

The Procedure Module holds your documents, policies, procedures, training materials, forms.
Analysis

Produce your statistics here, Import Hours per Project, Company or site or manually enter them. S2Web Corporate will populate incidents and pro active items such as hazard ID's, Job Observations, Safety Meetings as well. S2Web will perform the calculations and break it down to site, project, quarter, department...or however you would like to see it.
Set Up

Finally, the Set Up area allows system administrators to set up company information and other crucial pieces of information for S2Web Corporate to apply to the processes.
