As our products are proven we have very few support requests and typically the requests are more training questions by new or infrequent users. Our plan in the next year is to do a series of videos which address the how to's. in S2Web Corporate™ and S2Custom Solutions™, there is a Help link which triggers an email directly to support. In S2Console™, there is a Help section providing a user manual. We have found that our clients prefer to quickly send an email or call for immediate assistance.
