  • How do we transfer our data from our existing system to S2Web?

    We deliver your S2Web application pre-loaded with your data. We obtain this from a variety of sources, such as payroll, spreadsheets and word documents, or we have a template we can provide you. Set-up and population are included with your purchase.

  • How long does it take to learn S2Web safety management software?

    On average, training is between 1-2 hours for administrators, less for all other levels of access. We conduct training sessions online and always use your data for training material. People of varying computer skill levels use our safety management software and built-in data entry forms act as guidelines. Each module operates the same way so once you learn how to use one module the rest are a snap. Training is included with your purchase and part of the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) fee provision.

  • How much does the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) cost?

    Our Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) fees are 23% of your license fee and covers online training, unlimited telephone support, installation(s) or hosting, upgrades, as well as qualify you for the trade-up program and discounts on consulting rates for customization.
